As a Sales Development Manager, you’ll be part of a supportive and driven sales team. Your focus will be spotting new opportunities, growing sales in your region, and helping The Timber Group grow. If you love building relationships, thinking on your feet and making things happen – this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll be Doing:

  • Growing business with our existing customers - making sure they’re getting the best from us
  • Reconnecting with dormant accounts - turning them into active trading partners
  • Finding new business through your network, online leads, cold calls – whatever works!
  • Delivering top-notch customer service - building strong, lasting relationships
  • Promoting our full product range to help boost sales and margins
  • Hitting your targets for turnover, profit, and new accounts – and celebrating the wins

What You’ll Bring:

We know there’s more to you than what’s on paper. Everyone brings something different to the table, and that’s what makes our team work. We’ll give you the training and support you need to hit the ground running as a Sales Development Manager. What we’re really looking for is someone who’s driven, upbeat, flexible, dependable, and ready to grow with us. If you’ve worked in a similar role or in the timber trade before, that’s a bonus - but it’s not a must.
